5. Online Booking

Appointments may be requested through our online booking system.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

Appointments are confirmed only once confirmation has been issued through our secure practice management system.

Booking, appointment management, online sessions, invoices and payments are managed securely through Konfidens.

Where Calendly is used to facilitate appointment scheduling, its use is also subject to Calendly’s own terms and privacy documentation.


6. Payments

Payments for counselling services are processed securely through Konfidens.

Climb Youth Therapy Limited does not store your payment card details.

Information regarding fees, cancellations and refunds forms part of the Client Agreement provided before therapy begins.


7. Online Counselling

Where counselling is delivered online, sessions will normally take place using the secure Konfidens platform.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they:

  • have suitable internet access; 
  • use an appropriate device; 
  • participate from a private location wherever possible; 
  • take reasonable steps to protect their own privacy. 

Further information is provided in our Online Therapy Agreement.


8. Emergency Situations

Climb Youth Therapy Limited is not an emergency service.

Our website should not be used to request urgent assistance.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, you should call:

If you require urgent mental health support, you should contact:

  • your local Crisis Resolution Team; or 
  • attend your nearest Accident and Emergency Department where appropriate.
