Welcome to Climb Youth Therapy

Every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, not simply survive.

Yet for many young people today, growing up can feel overwhelming. Academic pressure, anxiety, social media, uncertainty about the future, changing friendships and family challenges can all affect emotional wellbeing. Often, support is only available once difficulties have reached crisis point.

At Climb Youth Therapy, we believe it should not have to be that way.

We have created a service dedicated to supporting young people aged 15 to 25 and their families through life’s challenges with compassionate, evidence-informed counselling, wellbeing support and practical guidance.

Our approach is centred on early intervention. By helping young people understand their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies and build resilience, we aim to support them before problems become more complex.

We also recognise that families play an important role. Parents and carers often need guidance, reassurance and practical support too, which is why our work can include the wider family whenever appropriate.

Climb Youth Therapy works alongside existing NHS and statutory services. We do not provide diagnosis or medical treatment. Instead, we focus on emotional wellbeing, resilience and accessible support that complements existing pathways.

Our values guide everything we do.

Nurture – creating safe spaces where young people can grow with confidence.

Empathy – listening without judgement and recognising every person’s unique experience.

Belonging – helping young people and families feel connected, supported and understood.

Integrity – maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding and ethical practice.

Whether you are a young person looking for support, a parent searching for
guidance, or a professional seeking a trusted referral partner, you are welcome here.
This is only the beginning of our journey.
Together, we hope to help more young people move from struggle to strength.
