ABOUT CLIMB YOUTH THERAPY

Helping Young People Move From Struggle To Strength

Climb Youth Therapy is a specialist counselling and wellbeing practice supporting young people aged 15–25 and their families.

Our Story

Climb Youth Therapy was founded on a simple belief.
Young people and families deserve support before difficulties become crises. Today’s young people face many pressures. Academic expectations, social media, changing relationships, uncertainty about the future and the challenges of growing up can all affect wellbeing. Many young people struggle quietly.

Many parents feel unsure how best to help. Climb exists to provide a safe and supportive space where challenges can be
understood and strengths can be developed.

Our Mission

To provide accessible, evidence-informed and compassionate support that enables young people and families to build resilience, improve wellbeing and thrive.

Our Vision

A future where young people can access support early, families feel empowered to help, and wellbeing challenges are addressed before reaching crisis point.

Our Values

Our work combines counselling, psychology, safeguarding and practical emotional support in a calm and respectful environment.

Nurture

Creating safe and supportive spaces where young people can grow in confidence and self-belief.

Empathy

Listening without judgement and seeking to understand every person's experience.

Belonging

Helping young people and families feel connected, supported and understood.

Integrity

Upholding high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and ethical practice.

Why Early Support Matters

Many wellbeing challenges become harder to address when support arrives too late. Early intervention can help young people better understand what they are experiencing, develop healthy coping strategies and build confidence before difficulties escalate. Climb’s approach focuses on support, understanding and practical guidance at the point it is most needed.

Working Alongside Existing Services

Climb Youth Therapy is intentionally positioned as a complementary service to NHS and statutory provision. We focus on counselling, wellbeing support and psychoeducation. Where specialist or clinical support is required, we will always support appropriate referral pathways.

Take The First Step

Every journey starts somewhere. If you’re looking for support for yourself, your child or someone you work with, we’d be pleased to hear from you.
